Rabbiz: Slice of Life

Rabbiz is a short slice-of-life documentary centered around a niche LED light shop in Madrid, following the owners through the process of designing and creating custom neon pieces by hand.

Rather than approaching the film as a traditional business feature, we wanted it to feel personal, like a glimpse into the life and mind of someone deeply passionate about what they create. Through interviews and observational footage, the documentary explores the creative process, the challenges of building a niche business, and the personality behind the work.

Visually, we leaned into a retro-inspired atmosphere shaped by warm lighting, saturated neon colors, grain, and intimate close-ups. We also focused heavily on sound design — from buzzing lights to manufacturing noises — to make the audience feel physically present within the space.

Ultimately, the project became a study of craftsmanship, creativity, and the human presence behind handmade work.
